Documentation Requirements

To qualify you will need a Social Security Card or Birth Certificate for each child as well as an EBT card, SSI letter, WIC folder or Reduced school lunch letter to show need. A letter from your employer verifying low income will also qualify. Please bring your drivers license on the day of pick up for address verification.
